Job summary

Tindall Corporation, a leading precast concrete manufacturer, seeks a Field Superintendent to manage and direct subcontractors and employees across Austin, TX region. You will ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating erection plans, managing field operations, and addressing punch-list items to minimize delays.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Proven experience supervising field crews and subcontractors.
• Ability to travel regularly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontractors and field personnel to execute projects safely and on schedule.
• Coordinate erection and field service activities with internal teams.
• Monitor safety, quality, scope, and schedule adherence; address issues promptly.
• Visit job sites regularly (daily when possible; 2–3 times weekly minimum).
• Assist with preconstruction meetings and subcontractor submittals; support closeout activities.
