Job summary

Tindall Corporation, a leading precast concrete manufacturer, seeks an Engineering Manager in San Antonio to lead Engineering and Quality Control teams, ensuring technical integrity of designs and systems.

Qualified candidates hold a PE license, a BS in civil/structural engineering (MS a plus), and 10+ years in the field with supervisory experience. This role oversees projects, budgets, and cross-functional coordination with sales and production.

Qualifications

• PE registration is required.
• BS degree in civil/structural engineering or MS in engineering.
• 10+ years of related experience, concrete industry preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage Engineering and Quality Control activities.
• Provide technical guidance to staff engineers and designers.
• Evaluate designs for code compliance and integrity.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives within the department.
• Collaborate with sales to assess project feasibility and modifications.
• Develop and monitor department budgets and vendor relations.
