Job summary

SpaceXSI is building a Super Intelligence stack to support AI facilities. We seek a Manager of Operation & Maintenance to lead the team that keeps the on-site power plant running for high-density AI supercomputing facilities in the Memphis and Southaven area.

This is a hands-on leadership role based onsite in the Memphis region. You will oversee supervisors, leads, and technicians across operations and electrical crafts, set priorities, and ensure safe, reliable generation with a focus on uptime

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
6+ years in power plant or high-reliability industrial O&M.
2+ years directly managing supervisors, leads, or a multi-discipline tech org.

Responsibilities

Own O&M of the power plant, incl. gas turbines, generators, BOP, and electrical systems.
Lead supervisors, leads, and technicians as one O&M org.
Set daily/weekly priorities to balance planned maintenance, emergent work, alarms, trips and outages.
Own maintenance program: planning, scheduling, procedures, CMMS discipline, spare parts readiness, docs.
Direct start-up/shutdown, switching, LOTO, and restoration so work is coordinated and safe.
Enforce safety standards including LOTO, NFPA 70E, confined space, and hot work.
Lead outage planning and execution with eng., OEMs, and contractors.
