Job summary

SpaceXSI is seeking a hands-on Site Manager to oversee the on-site power generation plant in the Memphis region, based in Southaven, MS with relocation. You will lead crews, manage gas turbine and piping installations, and ensure project milestones meet quality and safety standards.

This role requires coordinating with electrical, civil, and process trades through commissioning and turnover to operations while maintaining detailed logs, schedules, and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing large-scale industrial construction teams.
• 3+ years direct hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical installations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installations including gas turbine and generator auxiliaries and piping.
• Manage on-site crews to meet milestones with SpaceXSI quality and safety standards.
• Monitor progress, maintain logs and as-built documentation for plant mechanicals.
• Develop schedules and enforce on-time delivery within budget.
• Ensure safety program adherence and zero-incident culture on site.
• Coordinate with electrical, civil and process trades through commissioning.
