Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Lead Technician to head the technician crew for on-site power generation supporting high-density AI supercomputing facilities in the Southaven/Memphis area. You will work across plant, process, and electrical systems, including gas turbines, balance-of-plant, fuel gas, fluids, and medium-voltage electrical work up to 34.5 kV.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5+ years in a plant/industrial technician role.
• Experience directing or guiding other technicians on jobs.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair across mechanical, electrical, and process systems.
• Coordinate work across disciplines and align with supervisor priorities.
• Mentor technicians with on-the-job training and quality checks.
• Perform switching, isolation, LOTO, start-up, shutdown and breaker handling.
• Troubleshoot complex plant issues using P&IDs, schematics, and test equipment.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance to improve reliability.
• Respond to alarms and equipment failures with escalation as needed.
• Support start-ups, commissioning, and outages with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate work orders and documentation per procedures.
