Qualifications

• 3+ years managing large-scale industrial or power-generation construction teams.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in mechanical installations and plant systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical installations including gas turbine auxiliaries, piping, pumps, and HVAC.
• Coordinate on-site crews to hit milestones with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain logs, drawings, and as-built documentation for plant systems.
• Develop construction schedules and manage budget.
• Enforce SpaceXAI safety program across teams.
• Supervise foremen and resolve on-site challenges with trades.
• Inspect site for regulatory and code compliance.
• Prepare progress reports and metrics for leadership.
• Support commissioning and turnover to operations.
