Job summary

SpaceXSI is seeking a Construction Superintendent, Electrical for our Memphis Data Center. This full-time, onsite role in Memphis, TN oversees electrical crews and contractors building critical power infrastructure including HV/MV systems, grounding, and UPS for a world-class data facility.

You will lead foremen and crews, develop schedules, ensure safety compliance per NFPA 70E, and maintain detailed construction records while coordinating with other trades to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing electrical construction teams on large-scale industrial or mission-critical projects.
• 3+ years direct hands-on experience with underground ducts, high-/medium-voltage, cable pulling/terminations, switchgear, and power distribution.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical installations including underground duct banks, conduits, cable pulling, terminations, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, PDUs, and grounding.
• Coordinate and schedule electrical contractors, subcontractors, and on-site crews to hit milestones.
• Ensure adherence to electrical scope, safety, quality, and reliability standards.
• Maintain logs, red-lines, and as-built documentation.
• Develop and enforce construction schedules within budget.
• Enforce safety program and cultivate zero-incident culture.
• Supervise foremen and crews to foster teamwork and accountability.
• Resolve on-site challenges with focus on reliability and code compliance.
• Conduct site inspections for regulations, codes, safety, and standards.
• Prepare progress reports and risk updates to senior leadership.
