Qualifications

• 1–3 years IT support or field service experience.
• Basic understanding of POS systems, PBX/VOIP, and virtual server environments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Install, repair, and maintain store technology systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot POS, networking, telephony, and store devices.
• Perform hardware replacements and warranty coordination.
• Document all work and maintain logs for mileage and inventory.
• Drive to store locations and track travel for reimbursement.
