Triune Infomatics Inc in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a PMP-certified Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery, drive milestones, capture requirements, and produce BRD/FRD documentation while coordinating business and technical teams. The role owns project planning and execution, tracks deliverables, milestones, risks, and issues, and ensures projects stay on schedule and within scope.

JIRA dashboards provide ongoing visibility to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

PMP certification is required.
Strong project management and end-to-end delivery experience.
Experience with BRD/FRD documentation and requirements management.
Hands-on experience with JIRA dashboards and project tracking.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from planning through delivery with defined milestones.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, risks, issues and dependencies.
Gather requirements and ensure BRDs, FRDs, and supporting documentation are complete and up to date.
Use JIRA dashboards and reporting to monitor progress and project health.
Coordinate across cross-functional teams to manage priorities, resources, and delivery commitments.
Identify risks, issues, bottlenecks, and delays and drive them to resolution.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to leadership.
Ensure accountability for milestones and deliverables across teams.
Facilitate communication between business, development, QA, vendors, and stakeholders.
Support change management, scope tracking, and release planning.
