Trihydro Corporation in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Software Project Manager to guide software delivery from planning through deployment. You will coordinate with clients and development teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure alignment with Trihydro’s privacy, security, and IP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software development, business, or environmental science.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years in information systems operations or development.
• Experience with SaaS development lifecycle and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional work teams and delivering projects on time.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification (CSM) or ability to obtain within six months.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, report, and mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Allocate people, tools, and budget efficiently to deliver on scope.
• Plan and adjust resources and timelines to meet goals.
• Establish and maintain project/client-specific communication.
• Lead software proposal teams to prepare work and cost proposals.
• Coordinate between product management, software engineering, QA, and stakeholders.
• Work with engineering and QA to develop cost estimates and WBS.
• Coordinate external testing with stakeholders.
• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams.
• Work with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed backlog.
