The ideal candidate will manage multiple teams, maintain plans and backlogs, and provide accurate status updates to leadership while ensuring delivery commitments are met.

Qualifications

• Must have Excel, Pivot Tables, JIRA, MS Project, Project Planning & Scheduling, Capacity & Estimation Planning.
• Experience with SDLC and agile frameworks.
• Strong numerical/analytical skills and ability to validate numbers manually.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery across multiple teams and platforms.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Perform capacity and estimation planning based on resources and priorities.
• Create Excel-based reports, trackers, dashboards and status reports.
• Maintain JIRA boards and backlogs with accurate task details and timelines.
• Track progress, identify risks, budgets, and variances; communicate with stakeholders.
