Job summary

Actalent seeks a Plant Manager to drive operational stability and scalable growth at a 127-employee Ponca City facility. You will align people, processes, and performance through the ADMS, diagnose challenges on the shop floor, and lead teams through performance improvement and sustained execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience, including 5+ years leading operations or plant-level teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field required, or an Associate degree or H.S. diploma with additional years of experience.
• Proven success leading in a mid-sized manufacturing facility (100–500 employees).
• Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, flow, and constraint-based problem solving.
• Solid financial acumen with experience managing or influencing plant-level P&L, labor absorption, and cost control.
• Experience leveraging ERP systems and production data to drive real-time decision-making.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Own and be accountable for KPIs.
• Facilitate cross-functional improvement teams and implement rapid improvement projects.
• Ensure quality system compliance and document control.
• Influence and manage plant-level financial performance, including P&L, labor absorption, and cost control.
