Job summary

Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. in Ponca City, OK seeks an experienced Plant Manager to lead our ASC manufacturing facility. You will own plant performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and profitability on the shop floor.

You will drive Lean transformation, operational stability, and scalable growth by aligning people, processes, and performance with ADMS. This role requires hands-on leadership and a visible presence on the plant floor.

Qualifications

• Proven Lean manufacturing experience and customer focus.
• Strong leadership presence with ability to develop leaders and drive accountability.
• Experience using ERP systems and production data for real-time decisions.
• Solid financial acumen with plant-level P&L, labor absorption, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations with accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and P&L.
• Establish a safety-first culture compliant with OSHA and company standards.
• Drive execution toward Financial Plan targets including revenue and gross margin.
• Improve throughput, schedule attainment, and on-time delivery (OTIF).
• Lead Lean transformation using ADMS, value stream mapping, and constraint-based problem solving.
• Diagnose inefficiencies using data and prioritize improvements.
• Develop and mature S&OP, Master Scheduling, and inventory management.
• Coach and hold accountable functional leaders to KPIs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on commitments and issues.
