Job summary

Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Plant Manager for its Ponca City, OK ASC facility.

You will lead all plant operations, drive Lean initiatives, and maintain a safety-first culture on the shop floor while achieving targets for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing, with 5+ years leading operations, and a track record of stabilizing and improving performance in a mid-sized facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• Progressive manufacturing experience with 5+ years leading operations or plant-level teams.
• Experience stabilizing operations and driving performance across safety, delivery, quality, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations with full accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and P&L.
• Establish a safety-first culture and ensure OSHA and company standards.
• Drive execution against Financial Plan targets including revenue and gross margin.
• Improve throughput, flow, schedule attainment, and OTIF to build stability.
• Lead Lean transformation initiatives using ADMS and constraint-based problem solving.
• Diagnose manufacturing inefficiencies using data and prioritize improvements.
• Develop S&OP, Master Scheduling, and inventory management disciplines.
• Coach and hold accountable functional leaders to achieve site KPIs.
• Foster accountability, engagement, and daily floor presence for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR on talent development and employee relations.
