Job summary

Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. seeks a hands-on Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations at the ASC facility in Ponca City, OK.

This PE-owned site focuses on transformation, performance improvement, and sustainable growth within a Tier 2 network. You will lead production supervisors and hourly staff, partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, HR, and Finance, and drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost outcomes through Lean and continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing/ops.
• Minimum 7 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing production teams and supervisors.
• Experience in fabrication/assembly/industrial HVAC or engineered products manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of production planning, labor management, quality systems, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or continuous improvement.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Develop and execute production plans aligned with customer demand and business goals.
• Drive schedule attainment and ensure customer commitments are met.
• Manage labor resources to optimize staffing, productivity, and performance.
• Foster accountability and a visible leadership presence on the production floor.
