Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Operations, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• 5+ years in a plant manager or senior site leadership position.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Strong track record building high-performing teams and improving organizational maturity.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process control initiatives to improve productivity and throughput.
• Develop and manage KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Own the site business plan, budgeting, and capital planning.
• Foster a One Team culture and lead leadership development across functions.
• Drive cost management, asset utilization, and safety without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Engineering, and Operations leaders to align site execution with corporate strategy.
