Job summary

Air Distribution Technologies, Inc (ADTI) is seeking a Production Manager to lead our ASC facility in Ponca City, Oklahoma. The role demands hands-on leadership to deliver safety, quality, and cost performance across production, while partnering with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance.

The ideal candidate has a track record of improving manufacturing performance, developing teams, and driving continuous improvement in a metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing production teams, supervisors, and operations.
• Experience in fabrication/assembly/industrial/manufactured products environments.
• Strong understanding of production planning, labor management, quality systems, and processes.
• Proven track record of improving operational KPIs and performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Develop and execute production plans aligned with customer demand and business goals.
• Drive schedule attainment and ensure customer commitments are met.
• Manage labor resources to optimize staffing, productivity, and performance.
• Establish clear goals, expectations, and accountability across the production organization.
• Maintain a visible presence on the production floor and engage with employees.
