Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 2+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with DFM, PFMEA, and process optimization.
• Proficient with CAD software and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Product Engineering on new products and optimization.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, processes, routings, and SOPs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production and quality issues.
• Use data and KPIs to identify trends, improve throughput, and support decisions.
• Support turnaround initiatives through labor optimization and capacity planning.
• Lead Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Apply PFMEAs and DFM principles to improve product quality and reduce complexity.
