Job summary

ASC, a subsidiary of Air Distribution Technologies, Inc., seeks a Maintenance Manager for our Ponca City, OK manufacturing facility. You will lead maintenance, facilities and reliability initiatives to maximize uptime and support EBITDA improvements in a fast-paced plant environment.

Responsibilities include developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, managing budgets and spares, leading a diverse team, and collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS and Supply Chain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of progressive maintenance leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and operations in industrial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, reliability-centered maintenance and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team and support personnel.
• Drive safety, accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Establish maintenance planning to maximize labor efficiency and equipment availability.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain.
• Lead root cause analysis to eliminate recurring equipment issues.
• Monitor OEE, MTBF, MTTR, PM completion, and downtime performance.
• Manage facilities, utilities, HVAC, and overall plant maintenance.
• Oversee maintenance-related capital projects and installations.
• Manage budgets, spare parts inventories, and expenditures.
• Support lean manufacturing and EBITDA improvement initiatives.
