Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality musculoskeletal care at the BETA Technologies on-site Health & Wellness Center. You will perform assessment, treatment, planning, and education to help patients reach functional goals while supporting ergonomic initiatives in the worksite.

The role involves collaboration with medical staff, health coaches, and other professionals, and includes providing body mechanics education and wellness activities to employees.

Qualifications

• DPT/Physical Therapy degree from CAPTE-accredited program; current state license.
• Minimum 3 years of outpatient Physical Therapist experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records documentation per regulatory guidelines (state/federal/APTA).
• Outpatient experience for adolescents and adults; ergonomic training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatments including therapeutic exercise, manual therapies, modalities, and patient education.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet functional goals.
• Conduct work-site body mechanics education, ergonomics, safety, and wellness activities.
• Coordinate with care team and ensure appropriate level of care and follow-up.
