Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the applicable state.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a rehab/healthcare setting.
• Must complete standard background checks and pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, balance, ROM, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on diagnoses and rehab goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other PT interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies for recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehab team members.
