Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of phlebotomy experience with oncology background.
• BS/BA preferred; HS diploma required; state phlebotomy certification as applicable.
• Ability to coordinate care, schedule tests, and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipunctures with precision and care.
• Verify patient identity and test requisitions against EMR records.
• Track specimens and maintain collection logs daily.
• Coordinate patient care and scheduling with clinic requirements.
• Act as liaison between accounts, Sales, and operations; resolve inquiries.
• Ensure CAP/CLIA compliance and maintain quality control records.
