Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of phlebotomy experience with oncology exposure.
• State regulations may require a phlebotomy certificate.
• BS/BA preferred but not required depending on clinic needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipunctures to obtain blood specimens with precision and care.
• Verify patient identity and test requisitions, cross-reference EMR records.
• Maintain specimen integrity following aseptic techniques and protocols.
• Document collection details and track specimens in daily logs.
• Coordinate patient care by scheduling and aligning draw times with clinic requirements.
• Collaborate with Field Sales and internal teams to support patient care.
