Job summary

Froedtert Health’s Manitowoc facility seeks a clinical coordinator pharmacist with leadership responsibilities in patient care and operations. You will lead practice advancement, ensure staffing based on workload, and address policy or operational issues with your team.

Requirements include 1+ year in the specialty, 3+ years preferred, BS in Pharmacy or PharmD, and Wisconsin licensure. On-site, 40-hour weeks, shift 4, with 10-hour shifts and holiday/weekend criteria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License or eligibility with 3 months to obtain.
• PGY1 Residency preferred for Oncology Pharmacy positions.
• Leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for clinical practice and operational efficiency in the area of specialization.
• Ensure adequate staffing based on workload and resolve policy or operational issues.
• Develop and assess pharmacist competence and ensure patient care needs are met by the team.
