Job summary

Froedtert Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to coordinate daily operations at the Oak Creek location. You will support technicians, assist pharmacists with orders and drug therapy monitoring, and help with medication preparation under supervision.

Ideal candidate has at least 3 years of pharmacy technician experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and completion of an accredited tech program. Wisconsin registration and CPhT certification are required within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a pharmacy technician is preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited pharmacy technician training program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the pharmacy technician staff at the assigned location.
• Provide guidance to technicians and assist pharmacists with processing medication orders and monitoring drug therapy.
• Under supervision, procure, measure, compound, count and deliver medications as required.
