Cencora in Columbus, OH is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing support activities. Under direct supervision of the Manager - Operations, you will develop metrics, implement cGMPs, mentor operators, and drive continuous improvement across the department.

You will also participate in hiring/onboarding, coordinate safety and 5S initiatives, and ensure accurate batch records while managing time, payroll, and performance. This is an onsite, full-time role with a sign-on bonus.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years in pharmaceutical production preferred.
• Ability to lead and manage teams and mentor staff.
• Strong reading and writing in English; follow detailed instructions.
• Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships.

• Develops and analyzes metrics and data that drive continuous improvement.
• Leads 5S + Safety initiatives facility wide.
• Assists in hiring and onboarding new operators.
• May troubleshoot and repair packaging equipment.
