Job summary

Cenegenics is seeking a Performance Health Coach for on-site, Mon-Fri engagement to educate members on nutrition and exercise aligned with individualized assessments and lab results. The role emphasizes patient satisfaction, upselling Cenegenics memberships, and collaborating with physicians to deliver targeted wellness plans.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant bachelor’s degree, CPR/First Aid, ACSM certification, and at least five years of health coaching experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Nutrition, Exercise Science, Health Science or related field.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• ACSM certification preferred.
• ≥5 years of health-related teaching or coaching experience.
• Strong collaboration with physicians and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Educate members on nutrition and exercise based on assessments and labs.
• Conduct health assessments, provide nutrition/exercise consultations, and support members.
• Coordinate with physicians and onsite team for personalized plans.
• Follow up consultations and respond to member questions via multiple channels.
• Suggest additional Cenegenics services to enhance retention.
