The People Business Partner will drive the talent agenda, onboarding/offboarding, and people operations across the organization in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This in-office role partners with leaders to solve complex HR challenges and enhance team member experience.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with leaders and team members to offer thought leadership and execution of people strategy.
• Serve as trusted advisor to teams on a wide variety of HR issues.
• Improve work relationships, morale, productivity and retention.
• Provide HR policy guidance to senior leadership.
• Partner with the People team on organizational design changes.
• Assist with employee relations, development plans, and investigations.
• Support talent acquisition with job descriptions, recruiting, and market data analysis.
• Assist Risk Management with workplace injuries and reporting.
