Job summary

Siemens is seeking an experienced People & Organization (HR) partner for our Spartanburg, SC manufacturing site. You will support leaders and teams with high-impact people strategies, ensuring safety, productivity, and engagement in a fast-paced plant environment.

As a trusted advisor, you will manage sensitive employee relations, drive workforce development, and promote standard P&O solutions across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• 8–10 years HR experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and coaching.
• 8–10 years of leadership coaching, collaboration, persuasion, and stakeholder management.
• 5+ years of workforce transformation, workshops and facilitation.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution with hourly teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute people experience priorities aligned to business strategy.
• Be a trusted point of contact for complex people-related topics.
• Manage complex, escalated employee relations matters with sound judgment.
• Ensure local labor law compliance and P&O policy adherence.
• Partner with leaders to translate workforce changes into actionable insights and decisions.
