Siemens in Spartanburg, SC is seeking an on-site People & Organization (HR) Partner to support a fast-paced manufacturing plant. You will work with plant leadership and frontline supervisors to translate business goals into people strategies that boost safety, productivity and engagement.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in HR, 5+ years in manufacturing, and strong data storytelling, governance, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• 8-10 years HR experience with knowledge of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and management consultation and coaching.
• 8-10 years in leadership coaching, collaboration and networking, persuasion and influence, and stakeholder management.
• 5+ years of workforce transformation, discussion, and workshop facilitation.
• 8-10 years of experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment and with hourly teams in a multi-shift operation.
• 8-10 years of experience working in a matrixed environment and successfully managing multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability and willingness to travel, estimated at 10-20% for this position.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilités

• Serve as on-site People Partner for Spartanburg plant and supporting leadership teams.
• Translate operational goals into effective people experience strategies that drive safety, productivity, engagement and performance.
• Manage complex, escalated, and emotionally sensitive people relations matters, including investigations and policy interpretation.
• Ensure local compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and P&O policies.
• Partner with local leaders to generate data insights that align with performance metrics and market trends.
• Organize for impact to improve factory efficiency using workforce data and clear storytelling.
• Lead conversations with local leaders to tackle complex challenges and develop frontline leaders.
• Support development of local leaders, especially frontline and mid-level manufacturing supervision.
• Ensure consistent and high-quality people experience across shifts and functions.
• Sense local needs and feed insights to improve standard P&O offerings.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with GBS, EHS, Talent Acquisition and other teams.
