Responsibilities

• Manage background checks and Checkr status; ensure timely completion.
• Lead Day 1 onboarding logistics and candidate information collection.
• Update I-9 verifications and store compliant records.
• Answer benefits questions on the spot and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate on-site logistics and new hire communications.
