Job summary

Vitalant in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a PC Technician II to ensure the technology used by teams runs smoothly in support of the lifesaving mission. The role focuses on hands-on PC and peripheral support, resolving hardware and software issues, and serving as a technical resource for peers.

The position requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent, 3 years of related experience, and the ability to work Monday–Friday 8am–5pm onsite.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Three years related PC repair, troubleshooting and configuration experience.
• Experience reading hardware diagrams.
• Working knowledge of PC software packages and operating systems.
• Valid in-state driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, maintain and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, tablets, thin clients, printers and peripheral equipment.
• Diagnose hardware and software problems and network connectivity issues.
• Resolve issues escalated by other team members and research solutions.
• Monitor trouble tickets and document resolutions for the knowledge base.
• Coordinate equipment repairs with vendors and assist with training of staff.
