Job summary

Omniforce Solutions in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Bilingual Payroll & Benefits Specialist to oversee accurate weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff, while managing employee benefits programs.

You will work with the HRIS payroll manager to maintain data integrity, run reports, ensure compliance with federal/state/local regulations, and provide excellent service to employees.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred in HR, business, accounting, or finance.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 3 years payroll and benefits experience.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems.
• Experience in manufacturing or multi-shift environment.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Administer employee benefit programs and enrollments.
• Maintain HRIS employee data and generate reports.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and ACA reporting support.
• Provide responsive employee payroll and benefits support.
• Collaborate with HR team and carriers to resolve issues.
