• 3+ years of US & CAN payroll experience (3rd party payroll or shared service preferred).
• 2+ years in customer service with strong relationship skills.
• Experience with top-tier payroll & HRIS systems (UltiPro, Kronos, Workday).
• Bachelor's degree preferred, additional certifications welcome.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day payroll processing within defined SLAs and data integrity checks.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in payroll procedures.
• Support inquiries via multiple channels and provide accurate, timely responses to workers and admins.
• Assist with reporting and audits, collaborating with HR, HRIS, and benefits teams.
