Job summary

Holistic Industries is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Westborough, MA onsite. You will own the end-to-end bi-weekly payroll process for multiple entities.

Responsibilities include reviewing timesheets, resolving discrepancies with managers, answering employee payroll questions, and maintaining payroll records including taxes, direct deposits, and deductions. You will partner with our payroll provider for taxes and reporting, support audits, and contribute to a compliant payroll

Qualifications

• Experience processing payroll in a multi-state environment.
• Proficient with Excel and HRIS platforms.
• Kronos experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving.
• Effective communicator and collaborator across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end bi-weekly payroll across multiple entities.
• Review timesheets with managers; resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance.
• Serve as resource for employee payroll questions and issue resolution.
• Maintain payroll records including taxes, direct deposits, and deductions.
• Coordinate with payroll provider for taxes, reporting, and deductions.
• Support compliance, workers' comp reporting, audits, and training.
