CFS in Fishers, IN is seeking a Payroll Specialist for a fully onsite position. You will process payroll for all employees, maintain HRIS data, and ensure compliance with regulations.

This role partners with HR and Finance, offers visibility, and opportunities to own payroll processes and drive improvements. You will work with modern HRIS and payroll technologies, and collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and leadership teams for high-impact results.

Qualifications

• Previous payroll processing experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong HRIS experience and proficiency with payroll systems.
• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsabilités

• Process accurate and timely payroll for employees.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity within HRIS systems.
• Review payroll changes including new hires, terminations, benefits, and deductions.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Generate payroll reports and support audits as needed.
