Job summary

Ascii Group, LLC is seeking a seasoned US Payroll specialist based in Nashville to lead end-to-end payroll processing and related tax reporting. The role requires deep hands-on experience with gross-to-net processing, garnishments, and bank transfers, plus strong knowledge of US payroll schema.

The ideal candidate will manage integration points with Kronos, CATS, SAP, and Time Quotas, contribute to year-end service packs, and support HRSP deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of US payroll experience.
• Strong gross-to-net processing including taxes, garnishments, bank transfers, and process models.
• Experience with Kronos, CATS, SAP and Time Quotas integration.
• Understanding of US payroll schema / PCR schema.
• Experience with year-end service packs for payroll.
• HRSP deployment experience.
• Tax reporting experience, PU19 and off-cycle processing.
• Experience with postings and month-end accruals and 401(k) processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead US payroll processing with focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Support year-end service packs and HRSP deployment.
• Manage tax reporting activities including PU19 and off-cycle processing.
• Handle postings, month-end accruals and 401(k) processing.
• Interface with Kronos, CATS, SAP and Time Quotas for payroll data flows.
