Job summary

Sunbelt Modular, Inc. is seeking an HR/Payroll Specialist to support plant operations and partner with leadership to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance with labor laws, and effective employee relations.

The role reports to Regional HR Manager and is 100% onsite at the Indiana location. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of HR/payroll experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in HR and payroll.
• Bi-lingual – English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws.
• Proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems.
• High school diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely.
• Maintain employee files accurately and confidentially.
• Recruit, hire and onboard new employees; manage offboarding process.
• Complete new hire reporting for federal and state agencies.
• Assist with annual audits and HR administrative tasks.
