• Support the Payroll Manager with daily payroll administration tasks.
• Assist with timekeeping and attendance system maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Review employee time records for accuracy and communicate with supervisors and managers regarding corrections or approvals.
• Assist employees with payroll, timekeeping, and PTO-related questions when visiting the office or contacting the department.
• Manage and maintain PTO tracking and related employee requests.
• Enter, update, and verify employee payroll and timekeeping information.
• Communicate professionally with employees, managers, and leadership regarding payroll-related matters.
• Utilize company systems and technology tools, including AI platforms such as Claude, to assist with administrative and payroll-related tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
• Support payroll audits, reporting, and documentation as needed.
