Job summary

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Payroll Processor to join a growing and dynamic team in Honolulu, HI.

Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll using ADP, manage certified payroll reporting, track labor hours and job costs, and support financial recordkeeping and project documentation. A reliable, organized candidate with QuickBooks payroll experience is preferred.

Must have knowledge of contractor operations and the ability to work on-site in Honolulu with regular hours.

Qualifications

• Must have QuickBooks and payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP payroll systems is a plus.
• Certified payroll processing and administration credentials required.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage certified payroll reporting and compliance requirements.
• Utilize ADP payroll systems for employee payroll administration.
• Track labor hours, project expenses, and job costs.
• Support banking activities and financial recordkeeping.
• Assist with accounts-related administrative functions as needed.
• Prepare and maintain quotes, proposals, contracts, and project-related documentation.
• Coordinate materials procurement and delivery schedules.
• Monitor project progress and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Maintain organized project files and records.
• Track project costs and assist with estimating functions.
