Job summary

Referentia Systems Inc in Honolulu, HI is seeking an Accountant/Payroll Coordinator to manage accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely billing, maintain financial records, and support semi-monthly payroll processing. This onsite role also covers timekeeping, reporting, and payroll queries for employees.

The position requires strong knowledge of GAAP and DoD/DCaA requirements, with experience in Ceridian HRIS and payroll software. Onsite work in Honolulu is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of general accounting experience.
• At least 2 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with government contracting and DoD/DCaA requirements desirable.
• Proficiency with Ceridian HRIS and payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable/receivable and billing in GAAP compliance.
• Process semi-monthly payroll and related tax compliance.
• Prepare W2s, payroll reports, and timekeeping reconciliations.
• Serve as the primary payroll/accounting contact for employees.
