Job summary

LHH US is partnering with a large company to recruit a Payroll Clerk in Kirkland, WA. This is a temporary-to-hire, fully onsite role designed to help you grow in payroll while joining a detail-oriented team.

Training will be provided as you navigate multiple software platforms to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Responsibilities include auditing timecards, processing changes, completing I-9 forms, and coordinating with managers on PTO and sick time, all while maintaining compliance and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• At least six months of professional accounting, payroll, or administrative experience.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to perform with strong accuracy and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and auditing employee timecards.
• Processing employee changes or fixing time discrepancies.
• Complete and review I-9 forms.
• Follow up with managers to troubleshoot sick time or PTO.
• Additional tasks as needed.
