Job summary

Huntleigh USA Corporation is seeking a Payroll & Billing Specialist for Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). This full-time, onsite role handles payroll processing, billing, and AR support with Paycom experience and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

You will ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with HR and management to resolve discrepancies. Strong Excel and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years payroll processing experience.
• Must have Paycom HRIS experience.
• Experience handling multi-state payroll preferred.
• Billing, invoicing or accounts receivable experience.
• Strong payroll tax and wage/hour compliance knowledge.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately using Paycom HR & Payroll System.
• Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain payroll records, earnings, deductions, and tax docs.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with HR/management.
• Prepare, review and distribute customer invoices accurately.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on invoices.
• Reconcile billing records and assist with reporting.
• Maintain confidential payroll and financial data.
• Respond to payroll and billing inquiries professionally.
• Assist with payroll audits and reporting.
• Suggest process improvements for efficiency.
