Job summary

Huntleigh USA Corporation is seeking a Bi-Lingual Recruiter to support airport facilities nationwide. The role requires English/Spanish fluency, 2+ years in recruitment, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions. The recruiter will conduct interviews, build candidate pipelines, and coordinate with HR for onboarding.

This on-site, full-time position in East Boston, MA offers standard benefits aligned with the union CBA and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience with recruitment databases or ATS is preferred.
• 2+ years recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience in airport facility maintenance recruitment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Conduct interviews via phone, video, or in-person.
• Qualify candidates based on interview feedback and resumes.
• Serve as main contact for candidate questions.
• Meet weekly quotas for calls and emails.
• Coordinate with HR Support on onboarding.
• Process applicants and HR transactions in the HRIS.
• Perform other duties as requested by HR Director and GM.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and energetic Bi‑Lingual Recruiter to join our team.

Recruiter

The position reports directly to the General Manager and will also support the Regional Director

Main Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone, video, or in-person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
• Communicate regularly with HR Support team to assess candidate pipeline/onboarding
• Processing applicants, new hire, and employee transactions through the human resources information system
• Any other duties as requested by the HR Director and General Manager

Qualifications:

• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-Volume recruitment experience and passion for the people
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• 1-2 Years Experience with recruitment databases, Paycom, and LinkedIn promotion tactics preferred, but not required.

This is NOT a remote position; Recruiter will be stationed at the assigned location

Education:

• High School Diploma and GED. equivalent experience in Human Resources,
