Job summary

Findlay Tall Timbers Distribution Center is seeking an experienced Human Resources Payroll & Benefits Administrator to manage multi-state payroll and benefits programs onsite in Findlay, OH.

The role requires attention to detail, strong compliance with federal and state laws, and collaboration with HR, finance, and site leadership to support accurate payroll, benefits enrollment, and year-end processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years payroll and benefits administration experience.
• Experience processing multi-state payroll.
• Knowledge of state wage/hour laws and payroll tax regulations.
• Experience with Paycor HRIS or similar.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly multi-state payroll accurately and on time.
• Administer employee benefit programs and enrollments.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate year-end payroll activities (W-2s, 1099s).
• Ensure payroll tax compliance and accurate reporting.
• Prepare payroll reports for leadership and finance teams.
• Support audits related to payroll and HR compliance.
