Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Payments or Banking Operations.
• Experience with SWIFT MT103/202/110/199/299.
• Ability to perform payment investigations and Nostro reconciliations.
• Familiarity with cross-border payments and correspondent banking.
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Investigate SWIFT payment inquiries involving MT103, MT202, MT110, MT199, MT299 and related messages.
• Perform end-to-end payment investigations and identify root causes.
• Communicate with correspondent/external banks through SWIFT and client systems.
• Follow up on payment confirmations, recalls, beneficiary information, and transaction resolution.
• Coordinate with Operations, Treasury, Settlements, Compliance, and Customer Service teams.
• Perform Nostro account reconciliations and clear outstanding debit/credit entries.
• Monitor payment queues and investigation cases against SLA, quality, and productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with operational controls, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare MIS/KPI reports and maintain accurate investigation documentation.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
