Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a detail-oriented Payment Processor / Payment Investigations Analyst for our Payments Operations team in the United States. The role focuses on SWIFT payments, investigations, reconciliations, and correspondent banking, requiring collaboration with internal stakeholders and banks to resolve inquiries accurately.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years experience in Payments Operations, Banking Operations, Wire Transfer Processing, Payment Investigations, or Reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve SWIFT-based payment inquiries (MT103/MT202 and related).
• Perform end-to-end payment investigations to identify root causes.
• Communicate with banks via SWIFT and client systems.
• Follow up on confirmations, recalls, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to expedite queries.
