Job summary

Lantern is seeking a Customer Engagement Advocate in Dallas, TX for a 100% onsite, full-time role. You will provide phone-based support, create a concierge-style experience, and educate members on the surgical process and program benefits.

You\'ll work with a dedicated care team, coordinate with physicians, and help members navigate surgery while delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social services, public health, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years' customer service, service center, or sales enablement experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone-based support to members in a fast-paced service center environment.
• Deliver white glove service by creating a concierge-style experience for each member.
• Educate members on the surgical process, incentives, and program benefits.
• Assist with provider selection and coordinate with physician offices.
• Answer questions with clarity and compassion, ensuring members feel valued and supported.
• Proactively engage new members while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
• Go the extra mile to help members navigate the complexities of surgery.
