Job summary

Lantern is seeking a Care Advocate to deliver a white-glove, concierge experience for members navigating the surgical process. You will provide phone-based support, educate about incentives and program benefits, and coordinate with physician offices to streamline care.

This 100% onsite role in Dallas starts at $20.00–$24.00/hour plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus and a monthly bonus program for top performers. Training runs six weeks, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, then a 9-hour shift window; high school diploma

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer service or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone-based support to members in a fast-paced service environment.
• Deliver concierge-style, white-glove service for each member.
• Educate members on the surgical process, incentives, and program benefits.
• Assist with provider selection and coordinate with physician offices to streamline care.
• Answer questions with clarity and compassion, making members feel valued.
• Proactively engage new members while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
