Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• At least 1 year in customer service, admin or healthcare.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and families at check-in and verifies demographic and insurance information.
• Schedules appointments across medical specialties in a timely manner.
• Assists patients with clinic navigation and connects to on-site amenities.
• Encourages use of MyGillette patient portal and appointment reminders.
